「耕す建築　～小さな場の連なりで暮らしの地形を造成する～」

計画地は福井県坂井市三国町安島地区の漁村集落で、安島地区では過疎化・高齢化が進み、地区東側ではニュータウン化が進む現状がみられる。この場所で暮らす本来の良さを認知したうえで暮らしてもらえるよう、この地域での生活を自律的に営みながら、新たな循環を生む。そのために、10年以内に滞在促進施設や生業を持続させる施設による場の魅力の認知拡大を行い、30年以内に地域におけるインフラや地場産業の持続可能な状態（地域内循環型社会）を目指す。10年以内に基礎の新設・増し打ちと木造部分の改修を行い、30年後には基礎を活かしながら、住人が自律的な生活を営む風景を計画する。

The site is a fishing village in the Yasushima district of Mikuni-cho, Fukui Prefecture. We will create a new cycle while living autonomously in this area. To that end, we will increase awareness of the attractiveness of the place through stay promotion facilities and facilities that sustain livelihood within 10 years, and aim for a sustainable state of infrastructure and local industries in the region within 30 years. Within 10 years, we will build new foundations, add new foundations, and repair wooden parts, and 30 years later, we will plan a landscape where residents can lead an autonomous life while making use of the foundations.
